Public Collectors Trading Post!
I have an extra copy of the artist book Fotografías by the collaborative duo Peter Fischli and David Weiss that I’d like to offer up for trade. This small, perfect bound, 98 page  book is filled with many black and white detail photos of amateur or commercial-style paintings of animals, other creatures, landscapes and women. The book was printed in 2005 by the Fundación Olga y Rufino Tamayo in Mexico. A beautiful little book. I’ve never seen another copy outside of Mexico and this is in new condition.
If you have something you think I’d like that you’d like to offer in trade, please email me at marc@publiccollectors.org. I will send this book anywhere. Trades only.

I’m in the process of moving over the next few weeks which is always enormously disruptive so I’m going to revert to an old standby for a few posts: Mexican lesson sheets - or just one in particular about injuries and accidents. Printed in Mexico in 1969. More Mexican illustration here.

The photos in this collection on Flickr were taken along the road leading to the pyramids in Teotihuacan, Mexico, where I was disturbed to see how many of the cacti had been vandalized by visitors. Collected in September, 2008 by Marc Fischer.
