The Accüsed -The Archive Tapes 1981-86 cassette. I mail ordered this directly from the band back in the late 1980s. A badly dubbed at home sounding release that was a mess to listen to right from the start. Great band, of course!
A fashion installment from my mom’s house: a sampling of my band t-shirts from the early-late 1980s. Here’s The Accüsed, purchased at a concert in Philadelphia right after Martha Splatterhead’s Maddest Stories Ever Told came out.
The Accüsed, from a show at the Arch Street Empire in Philadelphia, May 21, 1989. Other bands that played were Brotherhood, Deadspot and Dare to Defy. I have a lot of pictures of The Accüsed from this show and really need to create a page for them but here’s just one for now.
Untitled DocumentPublic Collectors is founded upon the concern that there are many types of cultural artifacts that public libraries, museums and other institutions and archives either do not collect or do not make freely accessible. Public Collectors asks individuals that have had the luxury to amass, organize, and inventory these materials to help reverse this lack by making their collections public.
This page consists of sample findings and excerpts. It is also an account of the contents of my apartment and digital files from my camera. If you are in Chicago or passing through and would like to see something in person, please contact me. This blog is intended as a casual, more personal supplement to the main Public Collectors website.
